Life comes in stages. We experience birth, death, joy, sadness, excitement, disappointment, obtainment, loss of assurance, and uncertainty. Sometimes we find ourselves stuck during a stage or between stages. Sometimes we may feel stuck and may not know where to go next. We can lose our way due to anxiety and depression.
Psychotherapy can be our guide or our road-map back to a calm and peaceful existence. My goal as a psychotherapist is to help my patients discover their solutions for mental and emotional distress that may be inferring with their ability to be healthy and productive.
I provide a therapeutic environment to care for your mind, heart, and soul. Life can be exciting and full of joy. However, some transitions in life include the birth of a child, divorce, illness, unemployment, or the loss of a loved one that may cause you to experience stress, anxiety, depression, or uncertainty about what to do next. Therapy can help you discover resources that will help you navigate through the ups and downs of life.

I use patient-focused therapeutic techniques to help my patients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, and other difficult issues. It is my professional opinion that most patients all already have the resources to solve their issues or problems. I assist my patients in finding solutions for whatever issues they may be struggling with; by providing an empathic and non-judgmental environment for clients to share their thoughts and feelings.
